  • 450 ml best quality tomato you can find cored cut into chunks canned
  •  onion red cut into chunks
  • tbsp olive oil 
  •  juice of lemon 
  • handful flatleaf parsley and mint leaves whole
  • 200 greek feta cheese 
  • 20  olives black
  • servings pitta bread
