Ingredients

  • 0.5 cup bell pepper green chopped
  • 0.5 cup onion chopped
  • 12 oz gravy 
  • 14 oz beef broth canned
  • 0.8 cup water 
  • tablespoons chili sauce 
  • cups meatballs frozen italian cooked
  • 3.5 cups lasagne pasta sheets mini uncooked (mafalda)
  • 0.5 cup cream light sour
  • tablespoons parsley fresh chopped

Directions

  1. Spray 12-inch nonstick skillet with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Heat over medium-high heat until hot.
  3. Add bell pepper and onion; cook and stir 2 to 3 minutes or until crisp-tender.
  4. Add gravy, broth, water, chili sauce and meatballs; mix well. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat to medium. Cover; cook 5 minutes or until meatballs are thawed.
  5. Add uncooked noodles; mix well. Cover; cook about 10 minutes or until noodles are tender and meatballs are thoroughly heated, stirring occasionally.
  6. Remove from heat. Stir in sour cream until well blended.
  7. Sprinkle with parsley.
