Ingredients

  • cup baking mix bisquick heart smart®
  • oz cheddar cheese shredded reduced-fat
  • 0.5 cup water 
  •  eggs 
  • lb ground beef 90% (at least )
  • 0.5 cup catsup 
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt 
  • oz tomato sauce canned

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 400°F. In small bowl, stir together Bisquick® mix, 1 cup of the cheese, the water and egg; set aside.
  2. In ovenproof 10-inch skillet, cook beef over medium heat about 8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until brown; drain. Stir in ketchup, salt and tomato sauce.
  3. Heat over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, until hot.
  4. Pour Bisquick mixture over top.
  5. Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup cheese.
