  • lb chicken thighs boneless skinless cut into 3/4-inch pieces
  • 14 oz artichokes drained quartered canned
  • 16 oz alfredo sauce 
  • cup water 
  • 0.5 cup sun-dried olives chopped in oil (not )
  • oz extra wide egg noodles uncooked
  • tablespoons parmesan shredded
