Ingredients

  • loaf cheese diced (8 oz. box)
  • cloves garlic finely chopped
  • cup bell pepper green chopped
  • 1.5 pounds ground beef lean
  • tablespoons milk 
  • 0.3 cup onion chopped
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic 
  • 12  sandwich rolls split

  • slow cooker

Directions

  1. Cook beef and garlic pepper in 12-inch skillet over medium heat 8 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until beef is brown; drain.
  2. Spray 3- to 4-quart slow cooker with cooking spray.
  3. Mix beef and remaining ingredients except buns in cooker.
  4. Cover and cook on Low heat setting 6 to 7 hours. To serve, fill buns with beef mixture.
