Ingredients

  • lb turkey breast boneless cut in half
  • tablespoons butter softened
  • 0.5 cup celery chopped
  • 0.3 teaspoon basil dried
  •  onion chopped
  • 0.5 teaspoon pepper 
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt 
  • oz bread stuffing mix 
  • 0.3 cup cranberries dried sweetened
  • 0.5 cup water hot

Directions

  1. Coat a 4 1/2-quart slow cooker with non-stick vegetable spray; spoon in dry stuffing mix.
  2. Add water, butter, onion, celery and cranberries; mix well.
  3. Sprinkle turkey breast pieces with basil, salt and pepper and place over stuffing mixture. Cook on high setting, covered, for one hour; reduce to low setting for 5 hours.
  4. Remove turkey, slice and set aside. Gently stir the stuffing and allow to sit for 5 minutes.
  5. Transfer stuffing to a platter and top with sliced turkey.
