  • 0.3 teaspoon pepper black
  • tablespoon butter 
  • cups elbow macaroni hot cooked uncooked
  • cups skim milk fat-free
  • tablespoons flour all-purpose
  •  garlic clove minced
  • ounces gouda cheese smoked shredded
  • 0.3 cup spring onion thinly sliced
  • 1.5 ounces parmesan fresh grated
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt 
  • cups pkt spinach fresh coarsely chopped
  • ounce bread whole wheat

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 35
  2. Place bread in a food processor, and pulse 10 times or until coarse crumbs measure 1/2 cup.
  3. Melt butter in a large saucepan over medium heat.
  4. Add onions and garlic; cook 1 minute.
  5. Add flour; cook 1 minute, stirring constantly. Gradually add milk, salt, and pepper, stirring constantly with a whisk until blended. Bring to a boil; cook until thick (about 2 minutes).
  6. Add cheeses; stir until melted.
  7. Add spinach and macaroni to cheese sauce, stirring until well blended. Spoon mixture into a 2-quart baking dish coated with cooking spray.
  8. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
  9. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes or until bubbly.
