  • cup all-bran cereal fiber one®
  • teaspoons double-acting baking powder 
  • teaspoon baking soda 
  • 0.3 cup barbecue sauce 
  • 1.3 cups buttermilk 
  • teaspoon chili powder 
  • tablespoons chipotles in adobo canned finely chopped (from 7-oz can)
  • cup cornmeal 
  •  eggs 
  • cup flour all-purpose gold medal®
  • teaspoon salt 
  • tablespoons vegetable oil

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 400°F. Spray 8-inch square pan with cooking spray. In large bowl, stir together cereal, cornmeal, flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and chili powder; set aside.
  2. In medium bowl, stir together remaining ingredients. Stir into cereal mixture.
  3. Pour into pan.
  4. Bake 25 to 28 minutes or until golden brown.
  5. Serve warm.
