- 0.1 teaspoon pepper black
- 0.3 teaspoon ground cumin
- 0.3 cup mayonnaise low-fat
- 2 ounces monterrey jack cheese shredded with jalapeño peppers

- 2 inch tomatoes

- Combine the first 3 ingredients.
- Spread the mayonnaise mixture evenly over 4 bread slices. Top each with 2 tomato slices and 2 tablespoons cheese; sprinkle with salt.
