  • cup brown sugar packed
  • tablespoons butter 
  •  eggs 
  • cups flour all-purpose
  • 0.3 teaspoon ground nutmeg 
  • 0.5 cup cup heavy whipping cream sour
  • 0.5 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions
