  • pound beef top sirloin steaks boneless
  • loaf cheese cut into cubes (1 cup) (8 oz. box)
  • ounces rotini pasta uncooked
  • 1.5 cups salsa 
  • 1.5 cups water

Directions

  1. Spray 12-inch skillet with cooking spray; heat over medium heat.
  2. Cut beef into4 serving pieces. Cook beef in skillet about 4 minutes, turning once, until brown.
  3. Remove beef from skillet.
  4. Add salsa and water to skillet.
  5. Heat to boiling. Stir in pasta.
  6. Place beef inpasta mixture. Cover and cook over medium heat 12 to 15 minutes, stirringoccasionally, until pasta is tender.
  7. Stir in cheese until melted.
