Ingredients

  • cups pasta like spaghetti hot cooked uncooked ( 6 ounces pasta)
  • 0.5 teaspoon basil dried
  • large egg whites 
  • 0.3 cup parsley fresh chopped
  • pound pd of ground turkey 
  • 0.3 cup italian-seasoned breadcrumbs 
  • teaspoon olive oil 
  • ounce parmesan cheese fresh grated
  • cups tomato sauce

Directions

  1. Combine first 6 ingredients in a bowl; shape mixture into 16 (1 1/2-inch) meatballs.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add meatballs; cook 5 minutes, browning on all sides.
  4. Add Tomato Sauce, and bring to a boil. Cover, reduce heat, and simmer 15 minutes.
  5. Serve over spaghetti.
