Ingredients
- 3 cups broccoli frozen thawed chopped
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 10 ounces cream of mushroom soup undiluted canned
- 2 cups finely-chopped ham cubed fully cooked
- 2 cups elbow macaroni uncooked
- 0.1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 0.5 teaspoon nutmeg
- 0.5 cup milk
- 6 servings parmesan cheese grated
- 0.1 teaspoon pepper

- In a large saucepan, cook macaroni in boiling water for 5 minutes.
- Add broccoli; return to a boil. Cook for 2-3 minutes or until macaroni is tender; drain. Return to the pan.
- Combine soup, milk, butter, nutmeg, garlic powder and pepper; add to macaroni mixture with ham. mix well; heat through.
- Garnish with Parmesan cheese if desired.
