  • 0.5 teaspoon double-acting baking powder 
  • teaspoon baking soda 
  •  eggs 
  • cups flour all-purpose
  • 0.3 teaspoon ground allspice 
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground cinnamon 
  • 0.3 teaspoon ground nutmeg 
  • tablespoons milk 
  • 0.5 cup pecans chopped
  • 0.3 teaspoon salt 
  • 0.5 cup vegetable oil 
  • cup sugar white

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the applesauce, sugar, oil, eggs and milk; beat well. Sift in the flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice and salt; stir until smooth. Fold in the pecans.
  3. Pour batter into prepared loaf pan.
  4. Bake in preheated oven for 60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into center of the loaf comes out clean.
