  • 0.3 cup cocoa powder 
  • 0.8 teaspoon baking soda 
  • 0.3 cup butter melted
  • cup powdered sugar 
  • 0.5 cup cranberries dried
  •  eggs 
  • 1.5 cups flour all-purpose
  • 0.3 teaspoon ground cinnamon 
  • 0.3 teaspoon nutmeg 
  • 4.5 teaspoons milk 
  • 0.3 teaspoon salt 
  • 0.8 cup sugar

Directions

  3. Bake at 350° for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. Cool for 5 minutes before removing from pan to a wire rack to cool completely.
  4. In a small bowl, combine the confectioners' sugar and milk until smooth.
  5. Drizzle over cupcakes.
