Ingredients

  • 0.3 cup buttermilk 
  • pounds skin-on chicken drumsticks 
  • 0.5 teaspoon chili powder 
  • 0.3 cup flour all-purpose
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground cumin 
  • 0.3 teaspoon hot sauce red
  • 0.3 teaspoon salt 
  • 0.3 cup frangelico yellow

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 40
  2. Spray rectangular pan, 13x9x2 inches, with cooking spray.
  3. Remove skin and fat from chicken.
  4. Mix flour, cornmeal, cumin, chili powder and salt in heavy-duty resealable plastic food-storage bag.
  5. Mix buttermilk and pepper sauce in medium bowl. Dip chicken into buttermilk mixture, then place in bag. Seal bag and shake until evenly coated.
  6. Place chicken in pan; spray chicken lightly with cooking spray.
  7. Bake uncovered 40 to 45 minutes or until juice of chicken is no longer pink when centers of thickest pieces are cut.
