Ingredients

  • tablespoon vegetable oil 
  • 0.8 pound chicken breast boneless skinless cut into 1/2-inch pieces
  • teaspoon ginger finely chopped
  • ounces tomato sauce canned
  • tablespoon chili puree with garlic
  • teaspoon soya sauce 
  • 16 ounces uncook pizza crust ready-to-serve (12 to 14 inches in diameter)
  • ounces water chestnuts drained sliced canned
  • 0.5 cup snow peas chinese ()
  • 0.3 cup onion red sliced
  • ounces mozzarella cheese shredded
  • tablespoon cilantro leaves fresh chopped

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 375°F.
  2. Heat wok or 10-inch skillet over high heat.
  3. Add oil; rotate wok to coat side.
  4. Add chicken and gingerroot; stir-fry 2 to 3 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink in center. Reduce heat to medium. Stir in tomato sauce, chili puree and soy sauce.
  5. Spoon chicken mixture onto pizza crust to within 1/2 inch of edge. Top with water chestnuts, pea pods and onion.
  6. Sprinkle with cheese.
  7. Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until pizza is hot and cheese is melted.
  8. Sprinkle with cilantro.
