Ingredients

  • 0.5 cup feta cheese crumbled
  •  mushrooms fresh sliced
  • pinch ground pepper black to taste
  • tablespoons olive oil 
  • tablespoons parmesan cheese grated
  •  roma tomatoes chopped (plum)
  • bunch pkt spinach rinsed chopped
  • ounce sun-dried tomato pesto 
  • 6-inch pita breads whole wheat ()

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. Spread tomato pesto onto one side of each pita bread, and place them pesto side up on a baking sheet. Top with tomatoes, spinach, mushrooms, feta cheese, and Parmesan cheese.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil and season with pepper.
  4. Bake for 12 minutes in the preheated oven or until pita breads are crisp.
  5. Cut into quarters and serve.
