Ingredients

  • 0.5 cup asiago cheese grated
  • 0.5 cup bread crumbs 
  • 0.3 cup butter melted
  • can chickpeas drained and rinsed
  • large eggs 
  • 10 oz pkt spinach frozen thawed chopped
  •  garlic cloves minced
  • 0.3 cup onion chopped
  • 15 servings salt and pepper to taste
  • 15 servings tomato sauce for serving

Directions

  1. Squeeze the excess water from the spinach and put it in a food processor.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients and process until well blended.Form the mixture into small balls.
  3. Place the balls on a greased baking sheet.
  4. Place in the refrigerator for one hour.Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.Cook in oven until for about 15 to 20 minutes.
  5. Transfer to a platter and serve with tomato sauce on the side.
