  • 0.5 tsp olive oil 
  •  onion sandwich rolls split
  • dash pepper black freshly ground
  • Tbsp athenos reduced fat feta cheese with basil & tomato crumbled
  • cups torn spinach leaves fresh
  • slices tomatoes 
  •  veggie patty frozen

Directions

  1. Cook and stir onions in hot oil in nonstick skillet on medium 3 min.
  2. Add spinach; cook and stir 1 min. or until wilted. Stir in pepper.
  3. Remove from heat; cover to keep warm.
  4. Microwave burgers as directed on package.
  5. Fill rolls with tomatoes, burgers, spinach mixture and cheese.
