  • 0.7 cup milk 
  • ounces cream cheese softened
  • ounces cheddar cheese shredded finely
  • 1.5 ounce swiss cheese 
  • 16 slices pimientos green ripe

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 450°. Stir baking mix and milk until soft dough forms. Turn dough onto surface dusted with baking mix; gently roll in baking mix to coat. Shape into ball; knead 10 times.
  2. Roll dough 1/2 inch thick.
  3. Cut with 2 1/2-inch round cutter.
  4. Cut each circle in half.
  5. Place on ungreased cookie sheet.
  6. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Spread 1 teaspoon cream cheese on rounded edge of each biscuit.
  8. Roll in Cheddar cheese.
  9. Cut 1-inch circles from Swiss cheese slices; place circle on center of each biscuit. Top with olive slice.
