  • 14 ounce artichoke hearts drained chopped canned
  • tablespoons flour all-purpose
  • tablespoons chives fresh chopped
  • tablespoons parsley fresh chopped
  • tablespoons mint leaves fresh chopped
  • 0.3 cup peas fresh frozen thawed (or , )
  • ounces goat cheese fresh divided crumbled
  • servings pepper black freshly ground
  • cup leek white chopped ( and pale-green parts only)
  • 0.5 teaspoon lemon zest finely grated
  • cup cheddar cheese white grated

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F. Cook asparagus in a large pot of boiling salted water until crisp-tender, about 2 minutes.
