This dish marries the bold, rich flavors of Guinness Extra Stout with the creamy tang of extra-sharp white Cheddar, creating a decadent cheese sauce that'll have everyone coming back for seconds—or thirds! The sharpness of the cheese is beautifully balanced by a touch of brown sugar and Worcestershire sauce, infusing the sauce with complexity that pairs perfectly with the fried eggs and crunchy toast.

Imagine thick slices of sourdough bread, toasted to perfection and smothered in warm, gooey cheese, topped with perfectly fried eggs that ooze their golden yolks with every cut. As a delightful finishing touch, we’ve added a refreshing watercress salad dressed in extra-virgin olive oil and tangy pickled onions, bringing a light contrast to the richness of the dish.
