  • 0.5 cup cup heavy whipping cream 
  • tablespoons honey 
  •  kiwi fruit peeled seeded
  • 12  puff pastry shells frozen thawed
  • pints strawberries fresh sliced
  • 0.3 cup strawberry jam 
  • teaspoons water

Directions
