  • 0.8 cup vegetable oil 
  • cup walnut pieces chopped

Directions

  4. Mix well. Sift flour, baking soda, salt, ground cinnamon, and ground nutmeg into egg mixture. Stir until just combined.
  5. Mix in raisins and chopped nuts.
  6. Pour batter into prepared pan.
  7. Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for one hour.
