Ingredients

  • cups baby spinach 
  • tablespoons balsamic vinaigrette 
  • 0.4 teaspoon pepper black
  • large eggs 
  •  garlic clove minced
  • 0.1 teaspoon kosher salt 
  • tablespoons olive oil divided
  • ounces parmesan shaved
  • 0.3 cup onion red thinly sliced
  • pound pizza dough fresh refrigerated

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 45
  2. Place dough in a microwave-safe bowl; microwave at MEDIUM (50% power) for 45 seconds.
  3. Let stand 5 minutes.
  4. Roll dough into a 14-inch circle.
  5. Place on a pizza pan; pierce with a fork.
  6. Combine 1 1/2 tablespoons oil and garlic; brush over dough.
  7. Bake at 450 for 14 minutes.
  8. Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium heat.
  9. Add remaining 1 1/2 teaspoons oil; swirl to coat. Crack eggs into pan; cook 4 minutes or until whites are set.
  10. Sprinkle with salt.
  11. Combine mche, onion, and vinaigrette. Arrange on crust; top with eggs, cheese, and pepper.
