Ingredients

  • teaspoon baking soda 
  • cup butter 
  • cup confectioners' sugar 
  • teaspoon cream of tartar 
  •  eggs 
  • cups flour all-purpose
  • teaspoon salt 
  • teaspoon vanilla extract 
  • cup vegetable oil 
  • cup sugar white

Directions

  1. Cream vegetable oil and butter or margarine.
