  • 1.3 cups sugar 
  • cups flour all-purpose
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt 
  • cup butter unsalted softened
  • 1.5 cups coconut sweetened flaked
  • 0.5 teaspoon almond extract 
  • teaspoon frangelico (also called baker’s ammonium) crushed
