  • 0.3 cup dates chopped
  • 0.3 cup apricot dried chopped
  • cups couscous dry
  • 0.3 cup golden raisins 
  • teaspoons ground cinnamon 
  • 0.5 cup slivered almonds toasted
  • tablespoons butter unsalted
  • cups vegetable stock
