  • 1.5 tablespoons butter 
  • cup rice cereal crispy (such as Rice Chex)
  • teaspoons thyme sprigs fresh divided chopped
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground cinnamon 
  • 0.3 teaspoon ground pepper red
  • 0.8 teaspoon kosher salt 
  • tablespoons maple syrup 
  • 0.5 cup pecans 
  • cups pretzels unsalted
