  • 0.3 cup brown sugar 
  • tablespoons butter 
  • tablespoons powdered sugar 
  •  eggs lightly beaten
  • 0.5 cup flour all-purpose
  • cup cooking oil for frying
  • large sweet potatoes and into shredded
  • tablespoon vanilla extract
