  • 0.8 cup breadcrumbs italian
  • tablespoon brown sugar packed
  •  eggs slightly beaten
  • oz yogurt plain fat free
  • cloves garlic powder finely chopped
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground mustard 
  • 0.3 teaspoon ground sage 
  • 1.3 lb pd of ground turkey 
  • 0.3 cup catsup 
  • 0.5 cup catsup 
  • small onion chopped
  • 0.3 teaspoon pepper 
  • 0.8 teaspoon salt 
  • tablespoon worcestershire sauce

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 375F. In large bowl, mix meatloaf ingredients.
  2. Spread mixture in ungreased 8x4- or 9x5-inch loaf pan, or shape into 9x5-inch loaf in ungreased 13x9-inch pan.
  3. In small bowl, mix topping ingredients; spread over top.
  4. Bake uncovered 1 hour to 1 hour 10 minutes or until meat thermometer inserted in center of loaf reads 170F.
  5. Let stand 5 minutes; drain.
  6. Remove from pan.
