Ingredients

  •  avocado thinly sliced
  • tsp chili powder 
  • 0.8 cup cilantro leaves chopped
  • tsp cumin 
  • lb ground beef 
  •  hawaiian rolls toasted
  • tsp paprika 
  • tsp pepper 
  • Slices pepper jack cheese 
  • slices onion red thin
  • tablespoons salsa 
  • tsp salt

Directions

  1. Preheat broiler.
  2. Heat large frying pan to medium high heat. Make patties: Take the ground beef, add salsa and spices.
  3. Mix together till evenly distributed.
  4. Place patty on bun. Top with 1 TBSP Salsa, then 2 slices of red onion.
  5. Place of the cilantro on red onion and then place avocado on top bun.
  6. Add bun to burger and serve.
