Ingredients

  •  avocados pitted peeled thinly sliced
  • tablespoon chipotle chili canned seeded finely chopped
  • 0.5 teaspoon chili powder 
  • 16 slices bacon cooked
  • teaspoon pepper red crushed
  • 10-inch flour tortillas 
  • tablespoon garlic powder 
  • cups green-leaf lettuce shredded
  • cup mayonnaise light
  • 0.5 cup olive oil 
  • tablespoon onion powder 
  • 16 slices pepper jack 
  •  onion red thinly sliced
  • 0.3 cup red wine vinegar 
  • pounds chicken breasts boneless skinless
  • tablespoon tomato paste 
  •  tomatoes thinly sliced

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients in a ziplock bag.
  2. Add chicken, seal bag, rub marinade all over and chill at least 2 hours.
  3. Preheat grill to mediumlow and cook chicken, 6 minutes per side, until cooked through.
  4. Let cool, then slice.
  5. Mix mayonnaise and chili.
  6. Spread mayonnaise mixture over tortillas. Divide all ingredients among tortillas.
  7. Roll up; serve.
