  • 0.5 cup cheddar cheese grated ()
  • 0.5 tablespoon chipotle chili powder 
  • handful cilantro leaves chopped ()
  • cups regular corn 
  • 0.3 cup cornmeal 
  • 0.5 teaspoon cumin toasted ( and ground)
  •  eggs 
  • 0.3 cup flour 
  •  green onion chopped ()
  • tablespoon juice of lime 
  • tablespoons oil 
  • 0.3 cup salsa

Directions

  1. Mix the corn, cornmeal, flour, egg, cheddar cheese, chipotle chili powder, cumin, green onion, cilantro and lime juice in a bowl.
  2. Heat the oil in a pan.
