Calling all onion lovers! Get ready to elevate your side dish game with this incredible Three-Onion Stuffing. This isn't your grandma's flavorless stuffing; we're talking a symphony of sweet, savory, and aromatic onions that will steal the show at any meal.

Imagine layers of intensely flavorful leeks, subtly sweet red onions, and delicate shallots, all softened to perfection in a luscious blend of butter and olive oil. The addition of fresh herbs like parsley, sage, and thyme brightens the whole dish, creating a truly unforgettable stuffing experience.

But what truly sets this stuffing apart is its satisfying texture. We use firm white sandwich bread, toasted to a golden crisp in the oven, ensuring a delightful crunch with every bite. Tossed with the deeply flavorful onion mixture and a splash of turkey or chicken stock, this stuffing becomes incredibly moist and tender.

Whether you're looking for the perfect vegetarian side dish or simply want to impress your guests with a culinary masterpiece, this Three-Onion Stuffing is guaranteed to become a new family favorite. It's easy to prepare, can be made ahead of time (a lifesaver during the holidays!), and yields an impressive 14 servings. Get ready for rave reviews!
