  • 12 inch ciabatta bread halved
  •  garlic clove peeled halved
  •  lemon zest finely grated
  • tablespoons olive oil extra virgin extra-virgin divided ()

  1. Finely grated peel from 1 lemon
  2. Preheat oven to 400°F. Fill small bowlwith water.
