  • 7.5 ounces regular corn dried sweet toasted ( corn)
  • large eggs lightly beaten
  • tablespoons flour all-purpose
  • tablespoons sugar 
  • 0.5 stick butter unsalted cooled melted
  • cups milk whole

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F with rack in upper third. Butter a 2-quart shallow baking dish.
  2. Whisk together all ingredients with 1 1/2 teaspoons salt and 1 teaspoon pepper in a large bowl.
  3. Transfer to baking dish.
  4. Bake until pudding is set, 1 to 1 1/4 hours. Cool 10 minutes before serving.
