  • teaspoon chili powder 
  • 8-inch flour tortilla ()
  • tablespoons cilantro leaves fresh minced
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground cumin 
  • ounce cheddar cheese shredded reduced-fat
  • cup salsa 
  • 0.1 teaspoon salt 
  • 12.3 ounce tofu firm crumbled drained reduced-fat
  • teaspoon vegetable oil

Directions
