  • 0.3 teaspoon nutmeg 
  • 12 ounce lasagne pasta sheets uncooked
  • tablespoons milk 
  • 0.5 cup parmesan cheese grated
  • 0.3 teaspoon salt 
  • cups mozzarella cheese shredded divided
  • cup pasta sauce 
  • 12 ounce tofu firm crumbled

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil.
  3. Add lasagna and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain.
  4. In a medium bowl combine tofu, eggs, salt, pepper, nutmeg, milk, spaghetti sauce, parsley and 1 cup of mozzarella cheese.
  5. Spread a layer in the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  6. Layer lasagna noodles with the sauce mixture, ending with sauce.
  7. Sprinkle with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  8. Bake in preheated oven for 25 to 35 minutes.
