- 32 slices bread french
- 2 tablespoons basil fresh chopped
- 3 cloves garlic finely chopped
- 0.5 cup parmesan shredded
- 2 cups roma tomatoes diced (plum)
- 0.5 teaspoon salt
- 0.3 cup vegetable oil

- Heat oven to 425F.
- Place bread on ungreased cookie sheet.
- Brush 2 tablespoons of the oil on bread.
- Bake 4 to 5 minutes or until light golden brown.
- Mix tomatoes, remaining 2 tablespoons oil, the garlic, cheese, basil and salt.
- Place about 1 tablespoon tomato mixture on each warm bread slice.
