Ingredients

  • cup granulated sugar 
  • tablespoons butter unsalted room temperature
  • large eggs 
  •  banana ripe
  • 1.5 tablespoons milk 
  • teaspoon ground cinnamon 
  • cups flour all-purpose
  • teaspoon double-acting baking powder 
  • teaspoon baking soda 
  • teaspoon salt

Directions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325 degrees F. Butter a 9x5x3-inch loaf pan.
  2. Cream the sugar and butter in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Add the eggs to the sugar mixture, one at a time. Beat well after adding each egg.
  4. In a small bowl, mash the bananas with a fork.
  5. Add the milk and cinnamon to the banana mash.
  6. In another medium-sized bowl, add the flour, baking powder, soda and salt and mix together well.
  7. Add the banana mixture to the butter mixture. Stir until combined.
  8. Add the dry ingredients to the banana mixture and stir until well combined.
