  • 0.5 cup coconut or shredded
  • 0.5 cup banana chips dried
  • 0.7 cup fruit dried (from 7-oz package)
  • 0.3 cup macadamia nuts 
  • 1.5 tablespoons butter 
  • tablespoons brown sugar packed
  • tablespoons orange juice concentrate frozen thawed ()

Directions

  1. In large microwavable bowl, mix cereal, coconut, banana chips, tropical fruit mix and nuts.
  2. In microwavable measuring cup, microwave butter uncovered on High about 30 seconds or until melted. Stir in brown sugar and pineapple juice concentrate. Microwave uncovered on High about 30 seconds or until hot; stir.
  3. Pour over cereal mixture, stirring until evenly coated.
  4. Microwave uncovered on High 5 to 6 minutes, stirring every 2 minutes, until mixture begins to brown.
  5. Spread on waxed paper or foil to cool, about 15 minutes. Store in airtight container.
