  •  silken tofu 
  • can water-packed tuna 
  • servings sesame seed diced white toasted
  • Dash pepper white
  • servings sauce 
  • tbsp olive oil extra virgin 
  • tsp vinegar 
  • tsp soy sauce light
  • tsp garlic chopped
  • Dash pepper black
