  • cup baby spinach 
  • 0.5 teaspoon pepper black freshly ground
  • 0.3 cup chickpeas canned rinsed drained (garbanzo beans)
  • tablespoon dijon mustard 
  •  garlic clove minced
  • 0.3 cup canola mayonnaise 
  • ounce multigrain bread 
  • 0.3 teaspoon pepper sauce hot
  • 0.3 cup onion red chopped
  • teaspoon red wine vinegar 
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt 
  • 12 ounce solid tuna in water white flaked drained canned
  • 0.3 cup swiss cheese shredded
  • inch tomatoes 
  • 0.3 cup walnuts chopped
