  • 2.5 cups chicken broth 
  • 0.3 cup flour all-purpose
  • 6-inch flour tortillas ()
  • 0.8 cup bell pepper green chopped
  • 0.8 teaspoon ground coriander 
  • 0.5 cup onion chopped
  • Dash pepper black
  • 0.3 cup bottled salsa 
  • ounces cheddar cheese shredded
  • cup cup heavy whipping cream fat-free sour
  • 1.5 pounds turkey cooked chopped

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 35
  2. Place a medium saucepan coated with cooking spray over medium heat until hot; add bell pepper and onion. Saut 3 minutes or until tender. Lightly spoon flour into a dry measuring cup; level with a knife.
  3. Combine flour, coriander, and black pepper in a medium bowl; gradually add broth, stirring with a whisk until well-blended.
  4. Add to saucepan; bring to a boil, and cook 3 minutes or until thick, stirring frequently.
  5. Remove from heat; stir in cheese and sour cream.
  6. Combine 1 cup cheese mixture, turkey, and salsa in a bowl.
  7. Spread 1/2 cup turkey mixture down center of each tortilla; roll up.
  8. Place in a 13 x 9-inch baking dish coated with cooking spray.
  9. Pour remaining cheese mixture over tortillas.
  10. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes or until bubbly.
