Ingredients

  • 10.8 ounce condensed undiluted reduced-fat reduced-sodium canned
  • ounce block cream cheese fat-free softened
  • tablespoon milk fat-free
  • 1.5 cups milk fat-free
  • 8-inch flour tortillas ()
  • 0.3 cup cilantro leaves fresh chopped
  • 0.3 teaspoon ground cumin 
  • 0.3 cup pickled jalapeño peppers chopped
  • teaspoons butter 
  • 0.3 cup onion chopped
  • ounces part-skim mozzarella cheese shredded
  • tablespoons pecans divided chopped
  • 0.3 teaspoon salt 
  • 0.5 cup cup heavy whipping cream fat-free sour
  • 0.5 pound turkey breast cooked chopped

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 35
  2. Melt margarine in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add onion and 2 tablespoons pecans; cook 3 minutes until onion is tender and pecans are toasted.
  4. Remove from heat.
  5. Combine cream cheese, 1 tablespoon milk, salt, and cumin in a large bowl. Stir in onion mixture, turkey, and cilantro.
  6. Spread about 1/3 cup turkey mixture onto tortillas; roll up and place, seam sides down, in a 13 x 9-inch baking dish coated with cooking spray.
  7. Combine 1 1/2 cups milk, sour cream, jalapeos, and soup in a bowl. Spoon soup mixture over tortillas. Cover with foil; bake at 350 for 35 minutes.
  8. Remove foil; sprinkle with mozzarella and 1 tablespoon pecans.
  9. Bake an additional 5 minutes or until cheese melts.
