  • 1.5 cups cherries dark sweet pitted coarsely chopped
  •  peaches pitted peeled chopped
  • 0.3 cup bell pepper green chopped
  • tablespoons smucker's cherry preserves 
  • teaspoons balsamic vinegar 
  • cup salad dressing 
  • tablespoon roasted garlic chopped
  • 0.3 cup parsley fresh finely chopped
  • lb bread french
  • 12 leaves lettuce 
  • lb turkey smoked
  • oz provolone cheese 
  • oz colby cheese 
  • oz bacon cooked
  •  cucumber thinly sliced

Directions

  1. In medium glass or plastic bowl, mix all salsa ingredients until well blended. Refrigerate until serving time.
  2. In small bowl, mix mayonnaise, garlic and parsley.
  3. Cut bread loaves horizontally in half.
  4. Spread mayonnaise mixture on cut sides of loaves.
  5. Layer lettuce, turkey, cheeses, bacon and cucumber on bottoms of loaves. Top with tops of loaves.
  6. Cut each loaf into 12 pieces.
  7. Serve with salsa.
