  • teaspoon chili powder 
  •  garlic clove minced
  • 0.5 cup bell pepper green chopped
  • 0.8 teaspoon ground cumin 
  • pound pd of ground turkey 
  • ounce hamburger buns split
  • tablespoon mustard prepared
  • cup onion chopped
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt 
  • ounces sharp cheddar cheese shredded reduced-fat
  • 0.3 cup tomato paste

Directions

  1. Cook turkey, onion, and garlic in a large nonstick skillet over high heat until browned, stirring to crumble. Stir in bell pepper and next 7 ingredients (bell pepper through black pepper). Bring to a boil; cover, reduce heat, and simmer 10 minutes.
