  • 1.3 ounce chili seasoning 
  • tablespoons olive oil 
  • 0.5 cup pepper jack cheese shredded
  •  poblano pepper 
  • 12 ounce vegetable burger crumbles

Directions

  1. Preheat an oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. Bring a large saucepan of water to a boil. Slice the poblanos in half lengthwise and remove the seeds and stems.

  4. Drain.
